  • Our office works on an appointment only, basis, though we do see emergencies as needed. These unavoidable delays sometimes do occur, and we ask your patience during these times.
  • In an attempt to respect your time and ours, we make every effort to adhere to our schedule. You can help us in this task by arriving for your appointment, on time.
  • As a courtesy, our staff attempts to confirm appointments two days before the scheduled date. However, it is still your responsibility to keep your appointment even if we have not been able to contact you.
  • If it is necessary for you to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a 24-hour notification, except in case of an emergency. There will be a charge for cancellations without a 24-hour notice. Managing our schedule is one way we can continue to offer you quality care.
